Can't go wrong

They say that a guest house should be "your home away from Home" and in this case, it is all true. In some cases it is better because, no matter how hard I try to give difficult orders for breakfast, it is always perfect and just the way I requested. The rooms are comfortable, and for Joburg, fairly quiet late at night. The staff is helpful and always friendly. I think that even the staff enjoy their work because they seem so happy. I cannot find fault for this place and I have been here more than once.

We had the most enjoyable stay. So peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in the Luxury Room. Absolutely stunning. My partner and I wished we could've stayed longer. The staff is so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back soon. I can highly recommend Villa dor Guest house to anyone. Thank you so much for having us.

Absolutely Great!

I've used this guest house a number of times already and will continue to do so in the future as I travel to JHB for business frequently. I love the setting and the rooms are clean and very well equipped. The staff is friendly and the breakfast great. Especially the fact that they start breakfast from 6:30am ensures that I'm at the office at a decent time. The outdoor seating area provided per room is fantastic to enjoy some fresh air and allow one to feel like you are not in the city. I can strongly recommend this guest house!

A Blessing

My daughter and I stayed at Viila D' or Guest house for ten nights. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the aircon was great. The variety of DSTV channels kept us entertained and the peaceful garden setting was bliss. Our hosts were kind, considerate and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this guest house. It is also very close to the Fourways Life hospital.

Home away from Home

The rooms are neat and beautifully set. All the basics are available and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile. The owners always meet you personally for check in whether it is you first or 40th time staying there. Very secure and safe. Best guesthouse in Gauteng!

Great stay with Excellent Hospitality

Without doubt one of our favorite evenings during our stay at Villa O' Dore Guest House. Our company booked four rooms for a business trip to Johannesburg. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the owners who was extremely friendly. We spend the evening in the owners company, which obviously also added up to the experience. Warm friendly down to earth people who runs the Guesthouse with great care and friendly hospitality.
